My Artics, LLC ("My Artics") provides a trucking software service that allows users to manage their fleets, track their shipments, and communicate with their drivers. By using the My Artics service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • You agree to pay a 5% service charge for the services rendered by My Artics.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your My Artics account.
  • You agree to use the My Artics service in a lawful and ethical manner.
  • You agree to not use the My Artics service to violate the rights of any third party.

My Artics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the terms and conditions before using the My Artics service.

Limitation of Liability

My Artics makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the My Artics service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Artics disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. My Artics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the My Artics service, even if My Artics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold My Artics harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the My Artics service.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and My Artics with respect to the My Artics service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California.
